This agreement is a legal contract between you and WestData VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').
By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to all terms of this agreement. Please read them carefully before use. Unauthorized copying or modification of the App and associated trademarks is prohibited. You may not extract source code through reverse engineering, translate app text, or develop derivative versions. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we reserve the right to adjust features or service fees, and material changes will be communicated reasonably. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device may weaken system security and cause app failure or other risks.
This Service integrates necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are also subject to the respective terms of those partners.
Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment (Wi-Fi or mobile data). If the service cannot be used due to device arrears, data limits, weak signal, or carrier restrictions, the Service Provider assumes no related responsibility. When used outside Wi-Fi, your mobile carrier may charge data fees. If roaming is enabled outside your country of origin without a suitable data plan, resulting charges are your responsibility. Before using the App, make sure you have permission from the bill payer.
Users are responsible for their own use of the service. For example, inability to access the service due to a drained device battery is not covered by compensation. Although we strive to provide accurate route and connection information, some data may come from third-party partners; we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from such data. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to download and install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services without prior notice. After termination, your license becomes invalid and you must stop using and delete the App.
